Relieve Sinus Pressure Naturally

Living in the central basin of middle Tennessee, sinus pressure and drainage can be a daily challenge during several months of the year.  Below are some pressure points that really work. I have found that if I do these points before going to bed that I don't wake up with as much sinus pressure.  Working these points in the morning helps promote lymphatic drainage to relieve pressure and can relieve a sinus headache quickly.

The below video link demonstrates great points that will start lymph drainage at the top of the head and the base of the skull.  My hands are too small to press the top of my head and the occipital points at the same time as shown in this video.  I just alternate between the two. The top and  back of the head points encourage  the entire head to drain.
