Self Care of the Lymph and Fascial Systems

This are all self care practices I personally utilize. I am recommending them based on my personal experience, not as a LMT. My intention is to provide  resources for clients. I get no financial gain from recommending them.

he Big 6 is a quick daily practice to keep the lymph flowing; it is reminiscent of Qi Gong practices. Think global pain relief. 

Block Therapy is an excellent modality to free fascia and scar tissue.  Think chronic tight or painful spot, or long term postural imbalance. Releasing the fascia frees the body to move more easily.

Redefined Yoga focuses on mobility, strength and balance utilizing simple poses for maximum effect.  It uses isometrics to deepen the poses.
